We are a dynamic team of HR and Management Professionals from diverse industries and academic backgrounds. However, what truly unites us is our unwavering belief that the potential of the people factors in organizational success remains untapped, despite years of progress in the HR discipline. Our passion lies in unlocking this untapped potential for the greater good of individuals, organizations, communities, and society at large.
The objective of unleashing people potential is best served by building leadership excellence at the top – both individually and the executive team as a collective unit. Excellence at the top quickly cascades to the excellence across an organization. Also, studies suggest that howsoever subtle, there is a case for raising the level of effectiveness in a large no. of executive teams.
Therefore, leadership team remains the primary focus of our work.
One-off workshops we undertake are more to build alignment and readiness in a client organization to undertake the journey of leadership excellence, which in turn enables organizations to realize their growth aspirations. Our experience has only reinforced this conviction.
And we have full suite of capabilities to support this work – tools for pulse-check to gauge the current strengths and area of development; design and delivery of workshop; 1-on-1 coaching conversations to nurture required mindsets and skills; designing on-the-job learning opportunities; stakeholders’ review and facilitation etc.

Founder
Dr. Pramod Solanki
Dr. Pramod Solanki is a trained Executive Coach certified by International Coaching Federation (ICF) in 2016.
He works with the leadership teams — collectively and individually — to:
• Align vision, strategy, and execution
• Enhance leadership capability Craft HR strategy, processes and practices
• Nurture high-performance, engaging cultures
He brings a wealth of experience from some of the most progressive corporates of the country and a strong academic background.
With early career at the renowned institutions like IIM Ahmedabad, and JBIMS Mumbai, his experience of 38+ years spans across sectors – IT, Finance, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Pharma and Consulting.
In his early career at TCS, Pramod designed and delivered management development programs. He subsequently held leadership positions in Learning and Organization Development at L&T Hydrocarbon and Sun Pharma. He also served as the head of the corporate HR function for a diversified conglomerate during his overseas assignment in Nigeria.
In the career spanning 38+ years career, Pramod has successfully designed and implemented comprehensive leadership effectiveness intervention and the entire gamut of HR systems and processes.

Since June 2016, Pramod has been running his own consulting firm, Performance Enablers that services organizations in the above-stated areas.
He holds Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is a certified Executive Coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in 2016 and International Coach Academy in 2015.
Pramod is thought leader in the field of leadership and HR. He designs and hosts 1-on-1 conversations with outstanding corporate leaders and scholars. He has moderated and spoken at numerous conferences and panel discussions, and regularly writes on leadership and tapping people potential for success of an organization..
