About Performance Enablers

We are a team of HR and Management Professionals from diverse industries and academic background.

Besides our professions, we are bound by another common thread i.e. a strong belief that after all these years of progress in HR discipline, people factor for organizational success is yet to be fully leveraged. And, we are passionate about realizing this untapped potential, for the mutual good of individuals, organizations, communities and the society at large.

We form teams to handle our client assignments based on the strength that different associates bring to the table, with Dr. Pramod Solanki leading the assignment and having overall responsibility for delivery.

 

While we are not averse to one – off workshops for a client, our focus is work as the catalysts to help the clients realize their growth aspirations, over a period of time. Our experience so far has only strengthened the belief in this business model.

Our People

Dr. Pramod Solanki - Founder

Dr. Pramod Solanki comes with a strong academic background (with early career at premier B – Schools like IIM, Ahmedabad and JBIMS, Mumbai) and corporate experience of over 25 years in diverse sectors like IT, Pharma, Oil & Gas – EPC Projects, Manufacturing, Finance and Consulting.

Pramod anchored the management development programs for Tata Consultancy Services in the early part of his corporate career. Subsequently, he headed Learning and Organization Development at L&T Hydrocarbon and at Sun Pharma. In his overseas assignment in Nigeria, Pramod headed the corporate HR function for a diversified conglomerate.

In the career spanning over 33+ years, Pramod has designed and successfully instituted systems and practices across the HR spectrum and brings to the table deep experience in the following areas:

CHRO Services: proving leadership to HR function in mid-size corporates, largely on a virtual basis.

  • Leadership Model (i.e. success profile) for an organization
  • Leadership Effectiveness Interventions – Mapping competencies against leadership model, IDP creation, Developmental inputs – action learning projects, coaching and the facilitation of required workshops. The insights gained about the high – potential participants of the program are utilized to build leadership pipeline and for succession planning.

Since June 2016, he runs his own consulting firm called Performance Enablers, offering services across the HR spectrum.

Pramod holds Masters and Doctoral degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is an Executive Coach (PCC) certified by International Coach Federation (ICF), USA.

He has designed and hosted HR Conferences and has been a moderator and a speaker at no. of conferences / panel discussions. He writes on variety of HR issues. A passionate trainer – facilitator, Pramod has deep insights and strong convictions about HR’s role in transforming businesses.

Vandita Singh - Team Lead – Recruit for Growth

An MBA, with experience in recruitment, marketing, customer service and sales, Vandita leads the recruitment vertical of Performance Enablers.

In line with our philosophy, Vandita brings a strategic perspective to the hiring process, with the skillset and the mindset of new hires being mapped to the strategic focus of the client organisation.

In addition to the above, we have large no. of empanelled resources (with specialization in various areas of HR) and also the support staff. Depending on the scale of a project, their services are utilized.
