Dr. Pramod Solanki brings a wealth of experience from some of the most progressive corporates of the country and a strong academic background. With early career experience at the renowned institutions like IIM Ahmedabad, and JBIMS Mumbai, he experience of 35+ years spans across sectors including IT, Finance, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Pharma and Consulting.
In his early career at TCS, Pramod designed and delivered management development programs. He subsequently held leadership positions in Learning and Organization Development at L&T Hydrocarbon and Sun Pharma. He also served as the head of the corporate HR function for a diversified conglomerate during his overseas assignment in Nigeria.
Throughout his impressive 35+ years career, Pramod has successfully designed and implemented comprehensive systems and practices across the HR spectrum. His deep expertise encompasses:

Since June 2016, Pramod has been running his own consulting firm, Performance Enablers, offering comprehensive HR services.
He holds Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is a certified Executive Coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), USA and International Coach Academy, Australia.
Pramod’s expertise extends beyond his professional experience. He designs and hosts HR conferences; has moderated and spoken at numerous conferences and panel discussions, and regularly writes on various HR topics. With a deep conviction and passion to leverage people potential, Pramod brings to the table HR’s transformative role for organizations.
